We are seeking an experienced and strategic Power BI Governance & Enablement Lead to establish, administer, and continuously improve the company’s Power BI environment. This role will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric integration, reporting governance, semantic modelling, security, best practices, and self-service analytics enablement.

Unlike a traditional Power BI Developer role, this position is focused on defining and enforcing standards, building governance processes, artifacts, and templates, enabling adoption, mentoring and training developers, and ensuring the organization delivers consistent, high-quality, scalable, and trusted analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and analytics architecture with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Job Specification

• 7+ years of experience working with Power BI, data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting platforms.
